The Wellness Plate is a guided nutrition program designed to help you reclaim your health, energy, and vitality by clearing out foods and chemicals that may be weighing you down.
This program follows the principles of an elimination diet, which means temporarily removing certain foods that are known to trigger sensitivities or inflammation. Common culprits include wheat and gluten, dairy, eggs, and sugar—foods that can contribute to bloating, fatigue, digestive discomfort, and low mood when not well tolerated.
By removing these potential irritants and focusing on wholesome, nourishing foods, you can expect to experience:

Program Details:
- Duration: 6-week program
- Schedule: Every Tuesday from 5:30–6:30 PM
- Dates: Beginning February 3rd and continuing through March 10th
- Fees - $39.00 for Members & $69.00 for Non-Members
