StrongHER Sessions
A weight room strength training program designed specifically for women who want to build confidence, improve strength, and learn proper weightlifting techniques in a supportive and motivating environment. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to refine your skills, this program provides structured, small-group training to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in the weight room.
This small-group class is led by certified trainers who provide hands-on coaching and encouragement to help you maximize your results.

Cost: $140 for 8 weeks
