As a member of the Greater Morristown YMCA, you are given complete and total access to all of our group exercise and water fitness classes. Classes are for beginners to advanced. Group Exercise classes are for members only, while water fitness classes are also free for members but are available to non-members for an extra fee. Stay informed via this page or our MOBILE APP for up to date schedules for group exercise, water fitness and open swim.
Please try to get to group exercise classes on time. A few minutes late is acceptable but anything over 10 minutes late is disruptive to both the instructor and members taking classes. If you are trying a new class, please arrive 5 minutes early for set up instructions. Please see links below to our Spring 2018 schedules.
