Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt & Trunk-or-Treat

The Greater Morristown YMCA’s Family & Youth Department is excited to host our Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt & Trunk-or-Treat, a fun-filled fall event designed to bring local families, children, and businesses together for a memorable evening. The event will be at the Richard F. Blake Children’s Center on Horsehill Road this October 17th from 2pm-5pm.
We are inviting local businesses and community partners to join us as sponsors. This is a great opportunity to support YMCA youth and family programming while putting your business directly in front of local families in a fun, positive, community-focused environment.
TITLE SPONSOR — $500
- Our premier sponsorship opportunity. As a Title Sponsor, your business will receive:
- Premier recognition as a Title Sponsor of the event
- Business name/logo prominently featured on event promotional materials
- Recognition through YMCA event marketing
- Opportunity to set up a vendor/promotional table at the event
- Opportunity to decorate a vehicle and participate in Trunk-or-Treat
- Opportunity to distribute business information, promotional items, and giveaways to families
- Recognition and announcements during the event
FLASHLIGHT HUNT SPONSOR — $250
- Help sponsor one of the most exciting parts of the evening — our Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt! Your business will receive:
- Recognition as a Flashlight Hunt Sponsor
- Business name/logo included on event sponsor materials
- Opportunity to set up a vendor/promotional table at the event
- Opportunity to participate in Trunk-or-Treat
- Opportunity to distribute promotional materials and giveaways to attending families
- Recognition during the event
TRUNK-OR-TREAT COMMUNITY SPONSOR — $100
- Bring your business to the event and interact directly with local families. Your business will receive:
- A designated space for your business vehicle
- Opportunity to decorate your trunk and hand out candy to children
- Opportunity to display business signage
- Opportunity to distribute business information and promotional items
- Direct interaction with local families throughout the event
IN-KIND COMMUNITY PARTNER — DONATED PRIZES & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Businesses can also support the event through an in-kind donation. We are seeking gift certificates, gift cards, merchandise, family experiences, services, and other prizes that can be included as special prizes during the Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt.
Select pumpkins will contain special YMCA prize certificates, giving participating families the opportunity to win prizes generously donated by our local business partners.
Examples of donations could include:
- Restaurant gift certificates
- Retail or local business gift cards
- Free meals, desserts, or treats
- Family entertainment passes
- Classes, memberships, or services
- Gift baskets or merchandise
- Other family-friendly products or experiences
In-kind donors will be recognized as Community Partners for helping make the event special for our YMCA families.
