Introducing: Balance & Beyond!

Balance & Beyond encompasses everything you want in a one-hour fitness class. This unique program blends high-energy movement with mindful techniques to help you strengthen your body and refresh your mind.

The class features a fusion of:

  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
  • Pilates
  • Yoga

Together, these disciplines promote physical endurance, core strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.


Class Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM starting May 27th

Location: Basketball Gym

Fee: $15 Drop-In Rate per Class (The drop-in format allows you to choose the exact days you want to attend. Only pay for the sessions you participate in!)

Registration: Registration is required and can be completed through our membership portal. Spots are limited—be sure to register early!
