By working with a personal trainer you will find the right way to work out for you! You will learn the correct way to use equipment, and appropriate form and technique for cardiovascular work and free-weight training. Trainers will help you get maximum results in minimum time with a program designed specifically for you. Our trainers have national Personal Training Certifications through professional organizations such as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA); National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and the Personal Training Institute of America (PTI). They are also certified in CPR and AED.
