New information from brain science tells us, "It's time to turn things around!" We have developed a simple training manual to achieve this and to cultivate habits of contentment, compassion, and peace through changing the way we use our brain. The results of practicing and implementing these mental strategies can result in your feeling confident in managing all areas of your emotional life. Pat Miller, workshop presenter, is a licensed professional counselor, pastoral counselor, and microbiologist. She has presented Skills for Living TM workshops designed to enable clients to be more self-directed in their lives. The workshops are the result of her training and understanding of the new studies in brain chemistry that can provide us with the ability to live healthy and fulfilling lives in the 21st Century. She has 25 years working in private practice in the mental health field.

FEE:         $30 per class for GMY Members
                $60 per calss for Non-Members

DAYS:       Wednesday mornings from 10:30-11:30AM (1/9/19, 2/13/19, 3/13/19)

NIGHTS:  Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:00PM (1/16/19, 2/20/19, 3/14/19)
