Attending a class with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to keep healthy and try something new every time you come into our Y! With over 120 classes offered each week, you're sure to find a class to fit your interest and fitness level. We have three fitness studios - a traditional aerobic studio with wooden flooring, a dance studio and a 40 bike spin room. Try one today!

• Classes must have 4 or more consistently in order to remain on the schedule
